Fast, Fresh Food on the Grill

I just tossed a bag of frozen veggies (pepper, onions, more peppers) from Trader Joe's on the "holey" grill pan. Then I made "little reds" with EVOO, S&P on another grill pan. Taters and veggies take 25 minutes or so. Then, I put two salmon portions (prepped with Paul Newman's Caesar, lemon juice and pepper) on the grill pan. The salmon only takes 5-7 minutes. This is fast, fresh and G-free naturally.
